Very dark, grey, strong winds, rain. And it's supposed to stay like this through tomorrow. That's life on Britain's south coast, I guess. It's a good reason to stay inside. Of course, I have to go out today. And tomorrow.
Oh, the weather in South Florida today! And tonight. The windows are open and there is a balmy breeze blowing cool air into the room. Cal and I swam our laps under a partly cloudy sky this morning, though. Only enough sun to get in my eyes once every few laps.
I'm honored to be an honorary Brit! Is that a bit redundant?
Feb & March are my favorite months weather-wise in SFla. Clear skies, rarely rainy; the most lovely, soft, gentle breeze; not too hot yet. Absolutely perfect. Every year, about the 1st of Feb, I think to myself, this is why everyone comes down here during the winter!
So to all our family & friends back home: enjoy the next couple months, and go to a spring training baseball game for me! That was always my favorite way to enjoy the March weather. For more info, click here.
